As one of the very few boardwalk and beachfront properties available for rent in the world-famous, family-friendly Point Pleasant Beach, NJ, this charming 5 bedroom beach-front villa is decorated in an adorable seashore motif and features bright windows that open out onto a large deck overlooking the boardwalk and 200' of fine, sandy beach that kisses the beautiful Atlantic shoreline.
From your beach-front villa you can watch and hear the waves crash along the shore and watch the ships set sail night and day from the Manasquan inlet. Located near the northern part of Point Pleasant's historic boardwalk and beach, you'll enjoy the quieter end of the boardwalk, but are just a 10 minute walk to Jenkinson's, arcades, amusements, eateries, and all the excitement the boardwalk has to offer.
Close to home, just a few hundred feet from your front door is Jenkinson's Inlet Bar - a tiki bar, eatery and pizza parlor. It has inside and outside seating, a popular beach menu and all the best cocktails and spirits. Just past Jenkinson's Inlet Bar is the famous Manasquan inlet. Here you can watch boats come and go, traverse the rocky jetty, and fish for snapper, blackfish and blues.
Also within walking distance, are Salty's Ice Cream Parlor, Shore Fresh Seafood, Broadway Bar and Grill, the famous Shrimp Box Restaurant, and Sinners Steak House.
The living space is great. The custom kitchen features new appliances, an eating island for 7 and dining area for 8. The living area has an 85" smart TV, Starlink WiFi, and comfortable seating. Another private rec room on the lower level also features a 65" TV - a great place for kids to hang out.
Each bedroom has a nautical theme. There are 3 bedrooms with Queen beds, 1 bedroom with a King bed, and 1 bedroom with twin bunk beds. 2 custom-tile bathrooms include walk-in showers, and there's an outdoor shower. A kiddie pool is provided for use on your own sandy beach in front of the deck, along the the boardwalk.
